SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping 

  • We currently do not offer shipping worldwide. 

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Local delivery is available; standard delivery rates apply based on your location.

 

Returns

  • We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Returns can be facilitated at our store in Haymans Market.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

  • Sale items, and intimate items such as socks and the like are final sale and non-returnable.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

 

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only in-store at Haymans Market. ​Please see our full Exchange Policy here.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds can be processed within 3 business days to the original method of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please see our full Refund Policy here.
