Selected products, such as socks and other intimate items, are exempt from exchanges for hygiene reasons.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
2. Timeframe for Exchanges

All exchange requests must be made within 3 days of your purchase.
3. How to Exchange

Exchanges are facilitated in-store only at The Navy Chattel House Haymans Market.

We do not offer shipping, delivery, or pick-up services for exchanges unless the item received was defective or incorrect due to our error.

Exchange is subject to product availability.

If an exchange is not possible, we may offer a store credit at our discretion.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
