REFUND POLICY

At The Navy Chattel House, we stand behind the quality of our products. Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

• Refunds are only available if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

• To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing proof of purchase and a clear description (and photos, if possible) of the issue.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or dissatisfaction with style or fit.
  In such cases, exchanges or store credit may be available, subject to our Exchange Policy.
